Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Men’s Health Physiotherapist to join our rapidly expanding and highly regarded Men’s Health team in Edinburgh.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, specialist physiotherapy service, working with a wide range of male pelvic health and urological conditions in a busy, well-established private practice. Demand for our Men’s Health services continues to grow, and we are looking for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care.
The Role
You will work autonomously within a supportive specialist team, managing a varied caseload including:
- Pelvic pain syndromes
- Erectile dysfunction and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation
- Chronic pelvic floor dysfunction
- Peyronie’s disease
- Lower urinary tract symptoms
- Men’s health MSK-related presentations
Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) forms an important part of our treatment approach, alongside hands-on physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and patient education.
Essential Requirements
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Previous clinical experience in Men’s Health Physiotherapy
- Confident working independently and managing a specialist caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Desirable (Highly Beneficial)
- Experience using Shockwave Therapy (ESWT) within a clinical setting
- Musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapy experience, particularly where it overlaps with pelvic, hip, lumbar spine, and persistent pain presentations
- Postgraduate training or CPD in Men’s Health / Pelvic Health
- Experience in private practice
- Interest in service development and growing a specialist pathway

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Patient Support Coordinator to join our busy admin team who support twelve physiotherapists and five clinics in Edinburgh. The position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to patient experiences, while working in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The remote role involves managing a high volume of calls and enquiries, often involving sensitive information, therefore empathy and the ability to stay composed under pressure are key. The successful candidate will often be the first point of contact with our patients, so a professional, calm and friendly manner is essential.
The ideal candidate will also possess strong office and IT experience, excellent organisational skills, and a compassionate approach towards patient care.
This is a remote position, however you must be based in Scotland and able to attend occasional in-person meetings and training sessions in Edinburgh.

- Experience working across multiple sites or services
- Previous use of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Experience with clinic or booking systems (e.g. TM3, Cliniko, Nookal)
