Graeme completed his Applied Sports Science degree in Edinburgh before going on to earn a master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Cumbria, graduating in 2025. He’s passionate about helping people get back to the activities they love, using his knowledge of exercise, rehabilitation, and movement to support their recovery.
Through his NHS experience, Graeme has worked with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions and values treating every patient as an individual — a principle at the heart of his practice.
A lifelong sports enthusiast and former competitive swimmer, Graeme knows first-hand how injuries can impact daily life. This perspective helps him connect with his patients and provide care that’s both effective and empathetic. Alongside sports injuries, his experience in occupational health means he’s well-equipped to treat everyday aches and pains too.
Graeme’s clinical skills include exercise prescription, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning, alongside Sports Massage techniques such as soft-tissue, deep friction, and myofascial release to help optimise recovery.
Outside of work, Graeme enjoys swimming, running, and going to the gym. He’s also learning French and hopes to travel more in the future.
