Phil specialises in sports injuries with over 17 years experience working with Olympic, Professional and International Athletes, and teams including South African Springboks, Stormers, ACT Brumbies (Australia), Ulster Rugby and Leicester Tigers.
He combines his sports and exercise medicine expertise with his physiotherapy and strength and conditioning knowledge to provide patients and athletes with an effective treatment and rehabilitation plan. He is also highly regarded for his assessment and treatment of knee, shoulder and hand injuries.
Phil also specialises in Men’s Health conditions and has been providing Shockwave Therapy treatment for ED for the past 5 years with excellent results.
Phil represented both South Africa and Great Britain for Triathlon and Duathlon. He has a passion for the outdoors and loves mountain biking, cycling, kayaking and rock climbing.
