Peter graduated in 2012 with a BSc in Sports Science & Health followed by his Masters Degree in Physiotherapy at Oxford Brookes University. He spent 4 years working in the NHS before working in private practice. Peter also works with Hearts F.C. (Hibee’s don’t hold it against him!), covering games for their academy teams.
Peter is a qualified sports masseuse and holds certificates in dry needling which he is happy to provide on request. He also has also completed his national certificate in strength and conditioning as well as being an EXOS performance specialist. He combines his expertise in hands-on treatment with his advanced knowledge in rehabilitation and exercise to give his clients the best outcomes. His goal is always to get his clients back to normal as quickly and safely as possible.
Peter is also an athlete, who competed at national level in Gaelic Football and international level in Basketball. He has experience working with professional and international athlete’s including olympians. He prides himself on getting people back from injury and preventing them from reoccurring.
Peter hails from Monaghan and moved to Edinburgh for a change of scenery. He has a passion for food, a pint of Guinness and overpriced coffee. He loves to travel and is eager to explore as much of Scotland as possible.
