Anthoula completed her Physiotherapy BSc at the University of Thessaly in 2017, and MSc in Advanced Physiotherapy at Keele University in 2023.
Since then, she has developed a wealth of experience assessing and treating musculoskeletal conditions and neurological disorders.

Along with her physiotherapy manual therapy skills, Anthoula creates an individualised treatment and rehabilitation plan and, when appropriate, incorporates acupuncture or dry needling. She follows a holistic approach with her patients rather than focuses solely on the injury. This creates a better outcome and recovery and reduces the chance of the injury or condition reoccurring.

Anthoula enjoys working with patients from all walks of life from young children through to the elderly. She also has an interest in sports injury rehabilitation and previously worked with Premier League football referees and their coaching team to help reduce the risk of injury or to assist with their rehabilitation.

Anthoula was born and raised in Kos, one of the stunning Greek islands, but loves being in Scotland and has now settled in Edinburgh. Outside of work she enjoys reading, keeping fit and travelling and hopes to explore more of Scotland, especially the highlands.
