Anthony Guiducci

I am Anthony from Australia, with the heritage from Southern Italy. As a result, I love to eat well and love the simplicity of Italian cooking. My Nonna (grandmother) provided me the inspiration to cook and I love hosting my friends at any opportunity to share the joy of food with a glass of vino!

Outside of the kitchen, I love getting on my bike and challenging my capabilities and creating special memories with friends on 2 wheels. I’ve completed a few multi day riding adventures that have taken me into the French Alps, The Rhine and rural Australia. 

I love travelling and exploring new places, learning about the cultures and opening up my mind to different lifestyles, food and customs Travelling is often an incredibly rewarding and humbling experience for which I am forever grateful for. 

Finally, I love a bit of DJing, attempting to become fluent in Italian, moving my body in different ways, reading and spending time in the sea or the sauna to help the body recover from all the fun!
