Almost everyone will experience back pain at some point in their life, varying from mild to severe, and it can be short-lived or long-lasting. Understanding the cause of back pain and by following a “healthy back” routine will, in most cases, reduce or prevent back pain.

Phil Mack, our highly experienced Consultant Physiotherapist is conducting a workshop and demonstration of the best exercises and tips to prevent or reduce back pain.
There are many causes of back pain, including poor posture, overuse, bad lifting technique or from a sporting activity. Phil will explain the mechanics of back pain and demonstrate how to relieve pain through simple effective exercises to help improve movement, flexibility and posture.
