Originally from Glasgow, Grace qualified with her MSc in Physiotherapy at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh. Since then she has worked within NHS and amateur rugby, therefore experiencing treating a wide range of populations and conditions.
Grace’s treatments are a mixture of education and exercise prescription, as well as hands-on techniques when required. She has a further qualification in Sports massage and is currently qualifying as a Pilates instructor.
Grace’s main aims for physio treatment are to personalise treatment plans, get people back to living well and performing everything they need to do without hesitation- whether that be hanging the washing out or international sports.
When not working in the Peebles clinic, Grace is very active and is often found cycling and running around the hills in the Tweed Valley.
