… to everyone who attended our “Running Beyond Limits” event last night at the Eastgatge Theatre. I hope you enjoyed the event and I for one found Dr Andrew Murray’s talk fascinating.
It was good to see so many local people in attendance and I hope the night proved to be motivating and informative in relation to injury prevention and recovery.
