The Physiotherapy Clinics are delighted to announce the introduction of  Yoga classes at our South Gyle clinic.  Each class is limited to four people, to ensure a more personalised and individual approach within a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Yoga originated in ancient India and combines breathwork, physical postures and movement. Yoga is a complete system of healing for mind, body and spirit, giving us tools to develop greater awareness of ourselves and of our bodies  and create healthier lifestyles.

The Western world has become a seated society, and yoga helps to get us moving whilst having countless benefits including relaxation, flexibility, strength, balance and overall postural improvement.

Yoga is for everyone, regardless of age or ability. No flexibility or experience is required to practice yoga. The classes are tailored to two levels – beginner and intermediate.

Classes can be purchased as singles or as part of a six or three class pass. We recommend that you commit to a block, but we encourage you to come along and try the classes first to experience first hand what yoga can do for you.

One to One Yoga Sessions

Whether you are completely new to yoga, or a seasoned practitioner looking to rebuild your practice after injury, pregnancy or time off, why not book a personalised one to one yoga session.

With specialised guidance and hands on assists, these sessions are completely tailored to the needs and goals of the client. Our teacher will work with you to help you craft a yoga practice that addresses your needs, or help you delve deeper into areas of your existing practice.

Private & Corporate Classes

If you are interested in organising a small group yoga session for you and your friends or colleagues, why not get in touch!

We can tailor classes to a specific focus, for example, reducing back pain or stress, or to help improve your sport by reduce injuries and improving flexibility.
